AI Workflow Engineer, Automation Specialist

We’re a fast-growing, North American-based (Canada & US) group operating in three parallel business lines: basements, windows & doors installations, and real estate transactions.

About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Automation Specialist to help scale our internal operations and AI-powered tools across multiple home service companies. You’ll build and optimize smart automations across platforms like Make.com, Zoho, Vapi, and OpenAI — while enjoying the autonomy to work remotely and grow into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and improve existing Make.com automations (lead routing, CRM workflows, alerts)

• Integrate systems: Zoho CRM, Telegram, Zadarma, CallRail, Google Sheets, Trello

• Clone and adapt AI voice agent flows (Vapi + OpenAI + Gemini) across new projects

• Launch tools like auto-estimators, follow-up bots, and internal dashboards

• Document logic and automation flows for future use

• Support experimental AI and automation initiatives across multiple business units

We’re Looking For A fast-moving and self-managed automation expert who:

• Is self-driven and accountable — delivers without micromanagement

• Understands business needs and finds opportunities to automate intelligently

• Can quickly adapt to new tools and switch between different company contexts

• Writes clean and documented automation flows others can follow

• Has a technical mindset and a strong attention to detail

Requirements

• Advanced Make.com (Integromat) experience

• Strong command of Zoho CRM (Custom Functions, Webhooks, Workflows)

• Familiarity with OpenAI API, Gemini API

• Experience or exposure to:

  • Google Cloud Functions

  • Telegram API

  • Trello, Notion

• Comfortable writing and reading English technical prompts/documentation

• Portfolio of Make flows, GitHub repos, or previous projects required

• Bonus: Experience with Vapi or similar voice automation tools
