Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of our target audience.
• Design complex user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs accordingly.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system aligned with the brand identity and business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a UX designer, preferably working on complex systems, not just landing pages.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your UX and UI design expertise across full product lifecycles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
