    Опис вакансії

    We are looking for a Multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join the Profee Customer Care team in Europe. The candidate’s residence should be in one of the European countries. If you are passionate about helping people and solving problems, we’d love to have you on our team.

    What you will do:

    • Advise customers on our products and services.
    • Provide top-notch support via live chat, email, and phone.
    • Build strong relationships by addressing customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
    • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments (AF, Finance, Compliance, Tech Support) to maintain high service standards.
    • Work in rotating shifts, including weekends (8-hour shifts + 1-hour break).

    What we are looking for:

    • Fluency in English.
    • Knowledge of at least one additional language, such as Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, German, Hindi, or Vietnamese.
    • Experience with Zendesk or a similar service. (will be a plus)
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with support tools.
    • Prior experience in customer support or a related role.
    • A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
    • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
