Internal Auditor

About Load N Go Inc: We’re a fast-growing logistics company driven by transparency, efficiency, and smart operations. As we scale, we’re looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to help us ensure financial clarity, compliance, and risk management across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits of financial transactions, reports, and operational processes across departments;
• Verify compliance with company policies, procedures.
• Identify gaps, irregularities, or risks in financial and operational systems;
• Prepare clear audit findings, reports, and recommendations for executive review;
• Monitor controls related to payroll, bonuses, contractor payments, purchasing, fuel, maintenance, and other logistics-related expenses;
• Collaborate directly with the founders and executive leadership to drive accountability and financial discipline;
• Support improvements in internal processes and policy enforcement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on auditing or internal control experience (logistics industry is a plus);
• Knowledge of U.S. accounting principles and financial compliance standards is a plus;
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset;
• Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and/or similar accounting platforms;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with leadership-level stakeholders;

• Fluent English.
