Company Overview:Capital Times, a premier investment banking firm in Ukraine and a member of Globalscope, a global network of M&A advisors, is actively seeking a creative and analytically minded Capital Markets Analyst to join our esteemed team.

Role Summary:As an Capital Markets Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our Wealth Management team with direct mentoring from Artem Shcherbyna, Chief Investment Officer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough investment/market research and analysis
• Assist in the development and execution of investment strategies tailored to client objectives
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market trends, asset performance, and investment opportunities
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, recommending adjustments as needed
• Perform equities valuations, and assist in investment decisions and risk mitigation strategies.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 year of work experience, preferably within an international environment (e.g., investment banking, consulting firms, venture capital, private equity)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
• Strong knowledge of AI-features
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• English at least Upper-Intermediate level
