About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, help shape our company culture, and play a key part in building a diverse, high-performing team. You’ll collaborate closely with our HR Manager and department leaders, making a real impact every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring across a variety of roles and departments.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and post them on top job boards and social media to attract the best talent.
  • Proactively source candidates using databases, social networks, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Conduct engaging initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads, ensuring a smooth process for everyone involved.
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment journey, delivering a positive and memorable experience.
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Partner with HR and department leaders to understand hiring needs and contribute to workforce planning.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and reports.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re a people person who builds rapport easily.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ATS or recruitment platforms is a plus.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken) is required.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping people find their perfect role.
