    As our company continues to grow and expand its operations across the U.S., the demand for top-tier talent is steadily increasing. To support this growth, we are expanding our recruitment team and opening a new position for a Recruitment Sourcer. This role is essential to help us proactively identify and connect with exceptional candidates, ensuring we continue to build high-performing teams across all departments.

    Recruitment Sourcer

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Proactively search for potential candidates through diverse channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
    • Develop sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles, markets, and business requirements.
    • Create and adapt communication templates/messages for outreach, customized by role, region, and target audience.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of resumes and candidate profiles to evaluate alignment with job criteria and identify top talent.
    • Conduct initial screening calls, chats, or emails to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Perform market research to stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
    • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
    • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sourcing activity, pipeline status, and key performance metrics.
    • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define effective sourcing strategies.

    Job Requirements:

    • Proven experience in global sourcing and hiring across diverse regions and markets.
    • Strong track record in creating and executing sourcing strategies for various roles.
    • Proficiency with advanced sourcing tools, Boolean search, and automation platforms.
    • Skilled at resume analysis and aligning candidate experience with job requirements.
    • Experience working with candidates of all seniority levels, including C-level.
    • Familiarity with global sourcing platforms and recruitment reporting tools. Organized, fast-thinking, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
    • Strong professional network and personal contact base is a plus.

    Required Skills:

    • Proven proficiency in leveraging AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search techniques, as well as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • A LinkedIn network of 5,000+ contacts is a strong advantage.
    • Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture professional relationships with candidates.
    • Fluent English (minimum B2 level; C1 is a plus).
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop creative and effective sourcing approaches.
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in talent sourcing.
