Technical Support Engineer (Tier 1)

Remote, full-time

Working schedule: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm Kyiv time

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of the Windows environment
• Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Troubleshooting
• Most popular Linux commands/utilities
• Networking
• Firewalls
• Knowledge about the most common cybersecurity attacks
• Experience in working with foreign customers of enterprise organisations
• English: Upper-Intermediate
• Ukrainian: Upper-Intermediate

Would be a plus:

• AD
• SIEM
• SalesForce, AzureDevOps, Hyper-V, vSphere

Responsibilities: — Installation, configuration, and fine-tuning of products, remote and on-site. — Working with customers to ensure full deployment and support. — Create supporting documentation for customers — Provide Tier 1- 2 support — include deep investigation, provide a workaround to various problems while meeting SLAs. — Working closely with the SoC, Research and Development teams to ensure quick resolution — Understand customer needs and help shape the product.
