Work Vision Group is an employment agency specializing in recruiting workers from the Philippines for companies in Poland.

We provide qualified and dedicated blue-collar personnel for various sectors, such as manufacturing, logistics and the food industry.

We recruit workers from various countries, including Hong Kong, Qatar, Taiwan, UAE, Singapore and others. We offer comprehensive support at every stage of the process, including assistance in obtaining a visa, relocation, housing and employment in Poland.

Requirements:

• English B2 — must have
• the opportunity to work once a week in the office in Kyiv
• similar experience in recruiting staff abroad — will be an advantage (but ready to consider candidates without experience)
• active life position, desire to learn and achieve goals
• stable internet and mobile connection
• love for people and desire to help

We offer:

• stable salary 16500 UAH/month for a person without experience and 27000 UAH/month for a person with similar experience and bonuses from2000 UAH — 25000 UAH and more (depending on results, payment every month)
• work schedule from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00: at the first stage semi-remote, then transition to a remote format (once a week in the office)
• work on the international market in a team of professionals
• free training from specialists, constant support from the manager, work instructions
• friendly young team

Responsibilities:

• recruit candidates to work at Polish enterprises (most candidates are already in Poland)
• quickly respond to applications from potential candidates (call/communicate in messengers)
• advise candidates on all issues related to working conditions, location of enterprises
• form a minimum package of documents for employment
• enter candidate data into the candidate registration system
• coordinate employees during their move to location
• participate in the agency development
