About the Position: Logistics Dispatcher

Type: Full-time

Shift: 15:00 — 01:00 (8 hrs in-office, 2 hrs remote)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Dispatcher to join our team in Ukraine and manage logistics operations for the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will coordinate deliveries, communicate with clients and drivers, and resolve operational issues in real time.

📌Responsibilities:

• Book loads from various load boards

• Schedule and dispatch drivers according to customer requests, specifications, and pre-determined schedules

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, drivers, and other stakeholders

• Resolve issues related to emergencies, delays, or cancellations

• Optimize delivery routes to reduce costs and increase efficiency

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable laws

🧩 Requirements:

• English proficiency is required

• Previous experience as a dispatcher in logistics is a strong advantage (U.S. market experience preferred)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays if needed
