Senior Dispatcher, Load Planner

We are looking for Senior Dispatcher, Load Planner

Requirements:

• Proven commercial experience, 4+ years, as a freight dispatcher with dry vans, reefers, or open decks on US market
• Fluent English level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level)
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient experience using DAT load board
• In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in transportation management software systems (TMS) and GPS tracking systems.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the transportation dispatch team.
• Ensure adherence to DOT regulations and company safety standards during load pick-up, transit, and delivery.
• Oversee and verify cargo loading and securement procedures.
• Strategically acquire the most efficient loads to maintain cost and profit effectiveness for the company.
• Resolve freight-related issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Update and manage equipment and load-related information in corporate CRM, Google Drive, and loading board.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of dispatch activities.
• Maintain regular office attendance and provide driver support using personal means of communication.
