About Us

Hey there! We’re Scalemate.co — a SaaS platform built for performance marketers and marketing agencies. Our mission? To make marketing automation smarter and easier. Right now, we’re cooking up something exciting: a tool that automatically uploads files from Google Drive to ad networks like Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, AppLovin, and more.

What We’re Looking For

We need a creative Motion Designer to jump in on a project basis. You’ll help us create eye-catching video ads and clear, fun video guides for our website and beyond. This isn’t a full-time gig — more like a «call us when you’re ready to rock» kind of deal.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft awesome video ads that grab attention and convert.
• Make easy-to-follow video tutorials and product walkthroughs.
• Work closely with our marketing and product teams to keep everything on brand.
• Bring ideas to life with storyboards, motion graphics, and animations.
• Take feedback like a pro and turn it into polished final videos.
• Keep up with the latest design trends to keep our content fresh.

What You Bring to the Table

• A killer portfolio showing off video ads and product videos you’ve made.
• Skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and any other cool animation tools you love.
• The ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
• A good eye for branding and storytelling, especially for SaaS or digital products.
• Bonus points if you’ve created content for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or other ad platforms.

Extra Credit

• 3D animation skills or interactive motion graphics experience.
• Familiarity with performance marketing or SaaS industries.
