Project manager

What you’ll be working on:

• Being fully responsible for delivering quality projects;
• Manage the scope, timelines, and budget of the project;
• Manage stakeholders' expectations;
• Be involved in the day-to-day release and production activities;
• Establish and execute clear communications across all team members and stakeholders;
• Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed;
• Manage project documentation & maintain related knowledge base;
• Coach teams in self-organization and cross-functionality;
• Conduct performance evaluation of project team members, and provide employee performance feedback to department heads;
• Team staffing, hiring, attrition control.

Experience that will help you to do the job:

• Hands-on experience with start-up projects (teams of 5+ people);
• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in IT or related fields;
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile principles;
• Experience with Asana and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
• Superior project and team management skills;
• Strong communication and relationship management skills;
• Budget management experience;
• Risk management skills;
• Experience in hiring people and onboarding people;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills;
• Being proactive, well-structured, and attentive to details;
• Upper-intermediate+ level of English.
