Financial controller

At Weltrade, we’re looking for a Financial Controller to join our team and take ownership of

key financial processes. If you have a sharp analytical mind, a strong background in financial

control, and enjoy diving into data to support strategic decisions — we’d love to hear from you.

As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and analysing incoming and outgoing financial flows of the company.
• Assessing the reliability and performance of partners.
• Collaborating with regional units to collect and analyse financial data.
• Conducting financial analysis of client activity, profitability, and cost efficiency of client acquisition.
• Tracking key financial metrics (KPIs) to ensure the company’s financial health.
• Preparing analytical reports and insights for internal decision-making.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with financial BI tools is a plus.
