    Job Title: Virtual Executive Assistant Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Work Hours: Aligned with EST (Eastern Standard Time)

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a busy executive in managing day-to-day operations, projects, and communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a passion for helping high-performing leaders stay focused, efficient, and impactful.

    The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage schedules, coordinate initiatives, and provide high-level administrative support — all while anticipating needs and staying two steps ahead.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Calendar & Scheduling Management Efficiently organize meetings, appointments, and events; manage time zones and scheduling conflicts.
    • Project & Task Coordination Track ongoing projects, ensure deadlines are met, and keep the executive informed and on schedule.
    • Communication Support Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders; handle email follow-ups and communications.
    • Social Media & Content Support Assist with basic content creation, engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand digital presence.
    • General Administration Handle file organization, online research, note-taking, and miscellaneous administrative tasks.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Proven experience supporting executives, entrepreneurs, or business leaders remotely
    • Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Calendly, Slack, Notion, Trello)
    • Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
    • Tech-forward and resourceful; able to learn and adapt quickly
    • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently
