Cheking, Dispatch assistant (Logistics, USA)

We are looking for the Dispatch Assistant to join our team!

What you will do:

• Checking the closest trucks for the loads;
• Negotiating with the drivers;
• Mapping out the most efficient routes;
• Estimating arrival times;
• Data input and maintenance in TMS software.
• Searching for the specific locations and services (e.g. truckstops, repair shops, road service etc)
• Providing load information and instructions to the drivers
• Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math (add / subtract / multiply) and write legibly

What is mandatory:

• English level must be at least Intermediate;
• Quickness and stress-resistance;
• Great communication skills;
• Attention to the details.

SCHEDULE: Mon — Fri 15:00 — 01:00, Full time. (till 23:00 at office and the rest of the shift from home, must have a laptop or PC at home as well)
