Lantech Communications, LLC is a leading construction and utility installation service provider, dedicated to setting the standard for quality and efficiency in the telecommunications industry. We’re a diverse, fast-paced team with strong Ukrainian roots and a passion for excellence. As we grow, we’re looking for a driven HR / Recruiter to help us find top talent for office / administrative roles and operations leadership positions (e.g., Field Supervisors, Project Managers). Blue-collar recruiting (technicians, laborers, crews) is handled by another division — this role focuses on white-collar and management hiring only.

  • Fully remote; full-time; Monday through Friday.
  • 8.00 a.m. — 4.00 p.m. CST (16.00 — 00.00 Kyiv time).
  • Type: contract (3rd group PE is required).
  • Reports to: HR Director.

Qualifications:

  • English B2+ is a must; Ukrainian C1+ is preferred; Spanish knowledge may be a plus.
  • Recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
  • Experience hiring for both office-based and field management roles is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple departments.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for administrative, HR, finance, marketing, and other white-collar roles.
  • Partner with department heads and the Head of Operations to recruit Field Supervisors and higher-level leadership in operations.
  • Draft compelling job postings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
  • Support hiring managers during selection, offer, and negotiation stages.
  • Maintain recruitment pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Help build and strengthen our employer brand and internal recruitment systems.
  • Track key hiring metrics.
  • Participate in online career events, job fairs, or internal referrals where needed.
