Position Overview: We’re looking for a Logistics Data Entry Coordinator to join our fast-moving operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and entering key data across transportation management systems (TMS), assisting with shipment documentation, and supporting internal financial workflows. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow within logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain shipment data, vendor information, and freight details in our TMS and internal platforms

• Upload and organize essential shipping documents such as BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, and invoices

• Assist with reconciling freight charges, verifying rate accuracy, and supporting financial reporting

• Track inbound and outbound shipments and communicate discrepancies with vendors or carriers

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all required documentation is accurate and submitted on time

• Maintain clean records and audit logs to support ongoing operations and compliance

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in data entry, logistics coordination, or retail operations

• Familiarity with TMS platforms and logistics processes strongly preferred

• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy under tight deadlines

• Basic understanding of invoice matching, reconciliation, or freight billing

• Strong organizational and communication skills
