Safety Management Assistant

STR Auto is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Safety Management Assistant. As a Safety Management Assistant, you will work closely with our Safety Manager to help maintain compliance, handle safety-related tasks, and ensure that all necessary documentation and records remain current and accurate.

• Fluency in English at a level not lower than B1
• Previous experience in transportation safety or logistics is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to internal systems and processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Умови роботи:

• Remote position
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time)
• Occasional overtime may be required, depending on workload

• Assist in managing and maintaining driver files, vehicle records, insurance, registrations, and other safety-related documents
• Monitor and handle traffic violations, citations, toll violations, parking tickets, and related issues
• Ensure all compliance-related items are kept up to date and no deadlines or due dates are missed
• Support in the preparation of documents and reports for audits, inspections, or regulatory requests
• Communicate with drivers, internal departments, and third parties regarding safety and compliance matters
• Learn and navigate company internal software system to maintain records and track tasks
