We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a business owner in both professional and personal matters.
This is a full-time, fully remote position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves structure, and is eager to bring order and efficiency to everything they touch.
The company operates in the construction industry in California, USA, specializing in residential construction and ADU (Accessory Dwelling Units). We are looking for a true right hand to the founder — someone who can take ownership of daily operations, manage communication, and help streamline both business and personal workflows.
💡 Important: You will be working from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM California time (PST), which means night shifts for candidates in Europe. Please only apply if this schedule suits you.

💼 Responsibilities
Business Support:
- Email and phone communication with clients, contractors, suppliers, and services
- Managing calendars, schedules, reminders, and timelines
- Preparing documents: offers, contracts, reports
- Tracking project statuses and deadlines
- Managing client and contractor databases
- Creating content: posts, presentations, social media
- Monitoring task completion, optimizing workflows
- Searching and onboarding service providers
Personal & Family Support:
- Tracking and paying bills and subscriptions
- Booking appointments and planning travel
- Organizing events, gifts, reminders
- Assisting with documents: insurance, taxes, registrations __________
✅ Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a personal/business assistant
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent in both Russian and English
- Confident user of Google Workspace, Zoom, ClickUp, Notion, HubSpot, and other tools
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and discretion
- Strong self-management and ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Stable and fast internet connection (a must!)
- Willingness and ability to work full-time from 9:00 to 18:00 PST (California time) — night hours in European time zones
