We are currently seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for empathetic, proactive individuals with strong English skills who enjoy helping others and solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to users of our platform via chat and email
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Resolve customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions within defined timeframes
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
Follow established communication protocols and company policies
Input and manage data in CRM systems and other cloud-based tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform additional duties as assigned by managers

Requirements:

Excellent written English communication skills (mandatory)
Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required
Strong user-level knowledge of digital tools and applications
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
Empathy, problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first attitude
Flexibility in communicating with various personality types

Working Hours:

8-hour shifts with 1-hour break
Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM Kyiv time (latest shift: 1:00 PM — 10:00 PM)
Suitable for students and early-career professionals
