In this role you will be responsible for:

• Develop and standardize QA processes, including test strategies, methodologies, and best practices for various testing types (functional, regression, performance, etc.).
• Design and implement a comprehensive testing infrastructure to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Build and maintain a performance testing platform using k6, Yandex.Tank, Grafana, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, and JMeter.
• Digitize and standardize development processes by implementing an automated metrics system to improve project visibility and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the QA team, defining roles, responsibilities, and required skills.
• Research current («As Is») IT processes and develop a Roadmap for future («To Be») improvements.
• Define and implement the IT QA Strategy in alignment with business objectives.

  Professional experience and skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA leadership role (Head of QA, QA Manager, or similar).
• Deep technical expertise in test automation, performance testing, CI/CD, and QA best practices.
• Experience with k6, Yandex.Tank, Grafana, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, JMeter, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proven ability to standardize processes, implement metrics, and drive QA transformation.
• Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Leadership & strategic thinking — ability to define and execute a QA vision.
• Problem-solving & analytical skills — data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong communication & collaboration — works effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive & innovative mindset — continuously seeks process improvements.
