Frontend Developer

We are seeking a Frontend Developer with a background in web technologies and UI/UX best practices. You’ll play a pivotal role in finishing our existing web application, improving design elements, integrating new features, and expanding into mobile platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete and enhance the current web application
• Implement new features and interactive components
• Improve existing UI/UX design and responsiveness
• Develop and integrate an online application form
• Collaborate with backend developers for API integration
• Contribute to the development of mobile applications (iOS and Android)
• Maintain high standards of performance, code quality, and security
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Work remotely but align with Chicago business hours (CST/CDT)

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
• Experience working with databases and integrating front-end with backend APIs
• Understanding of mobile-first design and responsive web design
• Experience developing or collaborating on mobile applications (React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android preferred)
• Familiarity with Git, RESTful APIs, and agile workflows
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Good communication skills and remote work discipline

Nice to Have:

• Experience with UX/UI tools like Figma or Adobe XD
• Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, etc.)
• Familiarity with logistics, transportation, or fleet management systems
• Previous experience working in startups or fast-scaling businesses
