IT Delight company is looking for a talented and progressive Assistant Head of Sales.

Вимоги:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;

• Good organizational, planning and analytical skills;
• Attention to detail, structured, responsible;
• Great leadership skills;
• Knowledge of English at C1 level.

Обов’язки:

• Do analytics on conversions and average check from inbound traffic;

• Organize and conduct daily meetings with the Lead Generation Managers team;
• Supervise the daily work of the Lead Generation Managers team, monitoring the effectiveness of the execution of the plans;
• Discuss with Head of Sales the performance of the Lead Generation Managers team;
• Provide suggestions and ideas to improve sales;
• Support the Head of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies.

Умови роботи:

• Work schedule: start at 13:00 — 14:00 (8 hours working day + 1 hour break);

• Paid vacation (15 business days per year);
• Paid workshops, conferences, courses.
