Logistics Coordinator (Lisbon, Portugal)

Hi there! 👋 We’re USKO Expedite, a U.S.-based logistics company growing rapidly in the North American transportation market — and expanding across Europe!

With active offices in Warsaw, Odesa, and Varna, we’re now planning to open a new office in Lisbon — and we’re looking for our first Lisbon-based team members to join us on this exciting journey! So for this position you must be located in Lisbon🌍

• Work schedule: 2 PM — 11 PM, Mon-Fri (Lisbon local time)

What you’ll do:

• Handle and track incoming transportation requests

• Communicate with drivers and brokers to clarify shipment details

• Monitor shipments in transit and keep everyone updated

• Assist in resolving unexpected issues or delays during transit

• Work with our internal logistics systems and CRM system

• Make sure deliveries run smoothly and clients stay happy

Our requirements:

• Great communication and organizational skills

• Responsible and proactive attitude

• Curious about logistics and transportation

• Confident English (B2+), written & spoken

• Basic tech skills (MS Office or Google Suite experience is a plus)

• Previous experience in U.S. logistics is great — but not required!

• Experience in American logistics is a strong advantage, but we are also open to candidates without prior experience
