Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a digital marketing pro with proven experience in IT, outsourcing, outstaffing, or SaaS. If you haven’t marketed tech services or SaaS products, this role isn’t for you. We need someone who understands how to generate leads and close deals in the B2B tech space—not just someone who runs generic ad campaigns.

Fluent English is a must. All meetings, communications, and interviews will be in English. If you’re not confident in that, this won’t be the right fit. US schedule. Working hours from 04:00 pm to 00:00 am EET.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies specifically for IT, outsourcing, and digital services.
• Run high-performing ad campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Write compelling marketing content—landing pages, case studies, ad copy, email campaigns.
• Track performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to drive measurable growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh, results-driven ideas to the table.

What You Need to Bring

• Proven experience in digital marketing for IT, outsourcing, or digital services—this is non-negotiable.
• Fluent English (B2/C1 level minimum)—you'll be working in an English-speaking environment.
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing—we don’t do mass-market, generic strategies.
• Strong analytical skills—you should know how to measure success and adjust campaigns accordingly.
