Ciklum is looking for a Office Operations Specialist to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Rockstar: Keep the front area sharp, greet guests with good vibes, manage calls, and make newcomers feel at home
• Mail & Courier Pro: Oversee post and parcel magic — inbound, outbound, tracked, sorted
• Office Pulse Manager: Partner with suppliers, manage stock like a boss, and help keep our workspace fully equipped
• JIRA Jedi: Handle internal support requests using JIRA — fast, friendly, and solution-driven
• Team Relocator: Support smooth team moves and help reset the workspace when it’s time for a shuffle
• Office Health Checker: Regularly inspect the facility to keep it neat, safe, and vibe-friendly
• Right Hand to Facility Admin: Be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps everything running like clockwork

Requirements:

• Higher education — check! But what matters most is your drive to grow
• Some experience supporting daily office life? That’s a plus (not a must!)
• Confident computer skills (MS Office = your playground)
• English — Upper-Intermediate or better (so you’re comfortable chatting and writing)
• A client-first mindset and a warm, welcoming smile
• Calm under pressure, self-organized, reliable, and full of initiative
• Solid organizational skills — you know how to keep things running smoothly
