We are looking for a qualified Lawyer to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Ukrainian legal frameworks, especially within the Diia City regime, NGO regulations, employment matters, and intellectual property rights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional legal experience
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Diia City legal framework and employee reservation regulations
• NGO legal structure and operations
• Employment law: hiring, termination, labour rights, compliance
• Civil law: obligations, contracts, dispute resolution
• Corporate law: entity structuring, governance, M&A, regulatory compliance
• Intellectual Property (IP) law: copyright, trademarks, software/IP rights protection
• Experience providing legal consulting or working in a consulting/law firm environment
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Fluency in Ukrainian; professional proficiency in English
• High ethical standards and a solution-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on legal aspects of Diia City, NGO activities, employment structures, and IP rights
• Draft and review contracts, internal policies, and legal opinions
• Support corporate registration, restructuring, and compliance processes
• Provide legal support in IP-related matters including licensing, registration, and rights enforcement
• Represent clients in legal matters, negotiations, or before regulatory bodies as needed
• Monitor legal developments relevant to client operations
