Requirements

• 3+ years of success supporting an entrepreneur/business leader
• Strong negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving
• Know how to move between business and lifestyle with ease
• Ukrainian and fluent English C1

Responsibilities

• Own the calendar: meetings, travel, private matters, global coordination
• Handle communication: emails, negotiations, follow-ups, high-level contacts
• Stay calm under pressure: handle last-minute changes, fast decisions, deadlines
• Protect privacy: manage confidential business and personal information
• Create order: plan ahead, remove friction, manage complexity
