Account Manager, Accountant (Polish Sole Proprietorships, JDG)

Hi there,

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager / Accountant to support and manage Polish sole proprietorships (JDG — Jednoosobowa Działalność Gospodarcza) for our team members.

📍 Format: Part-time, Remote

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting for Polish sole proprietors (JDGs).
• Prepare and submit reports in line with Polish tax and accounting regulations.
• Consult and assist team members with opening their JDG in Poland.
• Support the registration process for new sole proprietorships.
• Monitor tax obligations and keep the team informed about key updates and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the HR team on any relevant changes.

Requirements:

• Experience working with JDGs (sole proprietorships) in Poland.
• Solid knowledge of Polish tax and accounting laws.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain accounting matters clearly to non-finance team members.
• Ukrainian language — required; Polish / English — a strong advantage.
• Comfortable with remote collaboration :)
