In this remote role, you will manage billing, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and financial coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams. With your expertise in QuickBooks and strong English communication skills, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations and contributing to the growth of our dynamic company.

We are currently expanding our financial operations team and are looking for an experienced Accountant to join us.

Position Type

• Full-time, remote
• PE (3rd group) registration required
• Work schedule: 16:00 — 00:00 (Kyiv time)
• Reports to: CFO

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Invoicing

• Create, calculate, and issue invoicing/billing via QuickBooks
• Coordinate with the team to verify data and send out final invoices
• Track up to 10 outgoing payments per week and manage timely submission

Communication & Follow-up

• Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors via email
• Send follow-up letters if invoices remain unpaid or unconfirmed
• Ensure clarity and consistency in all billing-related correspondence

Financial Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of transactions and updates in QuickBooks
• Use Google Sheets to organize and monitor data (basic formulas required)
• Assist CFO in preparation for US-based financial reporting (no direct filing, but understanding required)
• Apply basicUS GAAP principles and ensure compliance with financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA or ACCA certification is a plus.
• 3−5 years of experience in accounting or billing
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher, with excellent written communication skills
• Confident user of Google Sheets (including basic formulas and organization)
• Basic understanding of international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
• Familiarity with US accounting practices is a plus
• Detail-oriented, self-organized, and proactive in communication
