Опис вакансії
Your Responsibilities:
Assist our Chief Technical Officer (CTO) with:
Microsoft 365 & Cloud Services:
Administration of Microsoft 365 environment (user accounts, SharePoint, Teams, permissions, etc.)
Use of Windows PowerShell for automated user and service management
Backup management for MS SharePoint, company websites, and online stores
Communication & Collaboration Systems:
Management of company telephony systems (Microsoft Teams calling)
Administration of email signature systems and QR code contact solutions
System & User Management:
Creation, modification, and deactivation of user accounts across all internal systems
Remote support and maintenance of employee devices (Windows, macOS) using tools such as TeamViewer and Remote Desktop
Installation and configuration of hardware and software for PCs, notebooks, and workstations
Documentation & Training:
Writing of internal IT How-To guides and policy documents
Creation of video tutorials and training materials for employee onboarding and support
Optional Tasks (Based on Skills):
hosting company websites
HubSpot CRM system administration and optimisation
Your Profile:
- Completed education in IT or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge in networking, IT security, and system administration
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working
- Strong team player with a high sense of responsibility and service orientation
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus.
