Опис вакансії

Duties and Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly financial reports
Updating financial data in databases to ensure the accuracy of the information
Performing reconciliations, updating accounts payable and receivable, and issuing invoices
Processing financial entries to ensure a proper recording of all business transactions
Sending out Account statements
Make outbound collections calls daily, in a professional manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1−2 years of accounting experience in a business environment.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
