    Spendbase is a global fintech company with a startup mindset dedicated to helping businesses optimise their spending on SaaS, cloud services, and corporate cards. We are currently seeking a full-life-cycle Recruiter. You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent for open Technical, Sales, and Marketing positions. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, work-hard, play-hard environment. Responsibilities

    • Perform full life-cycle recruiting for non-technical and technical positions
    • Research cutting-edge sourcing techniques
    • Implement and refine recruiting processes
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
    • Fluent in verbal and written English.
    • Experience with Enterprise/ Software Sales recruiting.
    • Experience in a recruiting environment, ideally in-house, focused on the SaaS software sales space.
    • Proven success in recruiting using creative and traditional methods, especially in high-volume settings.
    • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, communication, and negotiation skills. Positive attitude and high level of initiative.
    • Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
    • Can work with urgency and remain flexible in dynamic environments to meet objectives.
    • Highly motivated, self-directed, quick learner who can multitask effectively.
    • Ability to understand each candidate’s unique qualities and motivations to match talent with organisational needs.
