Gotoinc is looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our Incredible team!

You’ll begin by coordinating projects using well-defined checklists and working under the supervision of experienced colleagues. • If selected, you’ll complete a test task and go through a technical interview. What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assist in coordinating TaaS (Talent-as-a-Service) projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between our dedicated resources and client teams.
• Follow structured project coordination checklists to support delivery processes.
• Help manage project resources and ensure efficient allocation.
• Assist with pre-sales activities, documentation, and planning.
• Actively learn company operations and contribute to internal process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher).
• Quick learner who is eager to acquire new skills and grow professionally.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Team player with great interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completed Project Management courses or certifications.
• Familiarity with software development processes (a plus but not required).
