Опис вакансії

Requirements: Passion to communicate with team members. Attention to detail and a creative approach to resolving disputes. Able to speak and understand English on an Intermediate+ level.

Work conditions: Work from our Lviv office according to schedule and planned on-call emergency shifts.

Responsibilities:

Driver Recruiting —
- Design and execute multi‑channel recruitment campaigns to achieve Elite’s driver‑hire targets.
- Qualify drivers according to FMCSA and industry standards.
Driver Retention —
- Develop and implement retention initiatives (e.g., stay interviews, onboarding improvements, recognition programs).
- Track and analyze turnover metrics; present retention reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Operations and Safety to address driver feedback and improve satisfaction.
