🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage client relationships — Work directly with Irish clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

• Source top talent — Use job boards, social media, and referrals to find standout candidates.

• Drive business growth — Spot new opportunities, nurture leads, and support expansion.

• Lead the process — Own the recruitment journey from sourcing to placement.

• Advise with confidence — Stay updated on market trends and act as a trusted partner to clients.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of recruitment experience (agency background is a plus).

• Proven ability to place candidates and grow client relationships.

• Fluent English and advanced Russian are required.

• Confident, organised, and results-oriented.

• Able to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
