Your Mission (if you choose to accept it): Keep our client projects running like clockwork. You’ll be the bridge between our devs and clients — scoping, planning, assigning, checking, and reporting. It’s part scrum master, part product owner, part client whisperer.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate client projects from brief to launch
• Plan sprints, assign tasks in Asana, and keep devs focused
• Manage internal deadlines and timelines
• Review deliverables and ensure quality before handoff
• Be the go-to person for client communication
• Track time and budget via TimeCamp
• Improve processes as we scale

What You’ll Do

• Lead client projects from brief to launch, keeping everyone aligned

• Plan sprints, assign tasks in Asana, and keep developers focused

• Manage timelines, budgets, and internal deadlines with precision

• Review deliverables and ensure they meet our standards before handoff

• Perform hands-on QA — both on the frontend and in the CMS editor experience

• Be the main point of contact for clients, keeping communication smooth and clear

• Track hours and budgets using TimeCamp (yep, we measure everything)

• Spot blockers before they derail the flow

• Continuously improve workflows, processes, and delivery quality

What You Bring

• Experience running digital/web dev projects — WordPress-heavy is a big plus

• Fluent English and email game strong (clients reply because you make it easy)

• Organized, proactive, and allergic to missed deadlines

• Comfortable working with developers and understanding their rhythm

• Solid grip on tools like Asana, Slack, TimeCamp, Figma, Google Docs — and maybe even Jira

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in agency or white-label setups
• Knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, or Laravel
• Light technical background — you can read a Git commit and not panic
