Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering impactful digital projects? We’re looking for a Middle Project Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of project planning, coordination, and successful execution.

In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy turning ideas into structured, trackable plans — we’d love to meet you!

Requirements

  • 2−4 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or tech environments.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile / Scrum frameworks.
  • Experience managing multiple teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (B2+).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ClickUp).

Key Responsibilities

1. Help on pre-sale activities: Working on clients' requirements, help with coordination of estimation and timelines. Take part in client meetings and presentations. 2. Project planning and execution: Creating a detailed project plan considering client requirements, and managing resource allocation effectively and in accordance with PMG (Project Management Governance); Ensure work meets agreed-upon quality standards. 3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, take ownership on all issues/blockers resolutions. 4. Communication: Provide updates on project progress and scope changes to CDO / CBDO / CEO; Maintain effective communication with clients, teams, and partners; Collaborate in internal company and department initiatives.
