E-Commerce Account Manager Vacancy

SparkSales.Online is a modern company specializing in providing high-quality services for sellers on leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, OnBuy, and others.

We offer comprehensive services including account management, listing creation and optimization, design, marketing, and advertising support — helping our clients successfully grow their business in the digital space and reach new sales heights.

Our clients are companies looking for reliable and experienced e-commerce professionals. Typically, they sell products across various platforms, and our task is to ensure these platforms are filled with well-optimized listings for their products.

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a talented Account Manager, who will become a key player in working with clients and helping them achieve steady growth on global online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Research new platforms for product sales and analyze potential markets.
  • Work with Excel files to upload and update product information, change categories, edit images, and adjust prices.
  • Monitor account health and key performance metrics.
  • Resolve technical issues via platform support (case creation, account unlocks, etc.).
  • Provide clients with regular reports on account performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and accurate resolution of client issues.
  • Develop and implement account growth strategies, including launching new products and analyzing account performance to identify sales optimization opportunities.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a solid level of English (B1-B2 or higher) for communication with clients and support teams on platforms like Amazon.
  • Has a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry, including current trends and platforms, and can adapt to market dynamics.
  • Has experience in managing e-commerce accounts or held a similar role in this field.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and colleagues.
  • Has an analytical mindset, able to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously in a multitasking environment.

It’s a plus if you:

  • Have experience in e-commerce.
  • Have worked with Photoshop or other image editing tools.
  • Have experience using AI tools and services.
