Опис вакансії

IT-Enterprise, a Ukrainian product IT company, has been operating for more than 35 years, driving the digital transformation of the country’s largest real sector companies: Interpipe, Ferrexpo, Nibulon, Ukrposhta, Ukrnafta, Ukrzaliznytsia, DTEK Group, and others.

What will be your main mission? To launch and develop sales of IT-Enterprise solutions in the MENA market. Your role will be to build long-term relationships with clients and partners in industrial sectors such as Mechanical Engineering, Food Production, Energy, Cable Manufacturing, and Retail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Development

  • Actively search for and engage new clients (manufacturing and industrial companies).

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation to contract signing.

  • Conduct negotiations and prepare commercial proposals.

  • Meet individual sales targets.

2. Partnership Building

  • Establish relationships with local system integrators and business partners.

  • Participate in business events, industry exhibitions, and forums.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance.

  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.

4. Administrative Support

  • Oversee documentation and payment processes related to your deals.

  • Manage all stages of the sales cycle: from initial contact to delivery and after-sales support.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (technical teams, finance, marketing).

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Higher education (preferably in a technical field).

  • Experience in B2B sales (experience in IT or industrial solutions is a plus).

  • Ability to work with large volumes of complex technical information.

  • Strong research and analytical skills.

  • Experience launching sales in MENA markets.

  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal abilities.

  • Experience participating in online and offline industry events.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (advanced level required).

  • Willingness to travel to MENA countries.

  • High level of self-organization and a result-oriented mindset.
