We’re Hiring: Partnership Manager (Part-Time, Consultancy)

📍 Location: Remote (Ukraine-based contractors preferred; occasional Kyiv meetings possible)

📅 Contract Type: Independent Consultant | Initial 6-month contract with possible extension

🕒 Schedule: Flexible, part-time (up to 50% FTE based on need and availability)

The Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health (UFPH), powered by HealthRight International, is seeking a mission-aligned Partnership Manager to help us identify grants, build donor relationships, and strengthen our life-saving public health programs across Ukraine.

ICF «Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health» (UFPH) is a national charitable foundation launched by HealthRight International to empower local efforts that provide life-saving services to Ukraine’s most vulnerable women, children, and youth. Active since 2005, we focus on preventing social orphanhood, addressing gender-based violence, combatting HIV and AIDS, and building community resilience through partnerships, psychosocial support, and policy advocacy. We are growing our impact — and we’re seeking a mission-aligned Partnership Manager to help us scale up.

Your Role

As Partnership Manager, you will be at the heart of UFPH’s resource mobilization strategy. You’ll be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, preparing compelling proposals, and managing donor relationships — helping ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of our programs.

Who You Are: ✅ A grant-savvy communicator (3+ years) ✅ Fluent in English & Ukrainian ✅ Experienced with UN, USAID, OCHA, or similar donors ✅ Self-directed, diplomatic, and well-organized
