SharePoint/Web Developer

We are looking for a technical specialist with solid experience in SharePoint Online and a deep understanding of internal company portals. The project involves consolidating several separate sites into a single, modern environment. This includes not only creating new pages, but also restructuring site architecture, migrating content, configuring access permissions, and improving navigation.

An additional plus would be the ability to think through interface logic — ensuring users can intuitively find the content they need.

📍US schedule. Working hours from 04:00 pm to 00:00 am EET.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Working with SharePoint Online: site creation, libraries, lists, setting up permissions and navigation;
• Building logical and user-friendly internal portal structures: home page, sections, subpages;
• Focusing on user experience: simplifying navigation and improving content accessibility;
• Migrating content or entire sites: understanding how links and permissions behave, what can be automated;
• Managing permission models and user groups in Microsoft 365;
• Optimizing site structure for efficient content management: avoiding duplication, ensuring scalability.
