    Grade.app — ERP system tailored for IT companies, digital agencies and outstaffing teams

    Who We’re Looking For

    We’re seeking a sales expert who understands how IT companies operate — someone who can speak their language, identify pain points and guide them through meaningful buying decisions.

    At Grade.app, we don’t sell «features.» We deliver a proven system built by an IT founder for IT founders — and our clients are looking to buy from someone who truly understands their business.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive consultative, value-based sales of Grade.app to small and mid-sized IT companies (10−500 employees)
    • Qualify leads (inbound + outbound), conduct demos, and close deals
    • Act as a trusted advisor — ask the right questions, uncover operational pain, and connect it to solutions in Grade.app
    • Lead deals end-to-end: outreach, meetings, negotiation, and onboarding handoff
    • Maintain clear CRM records and collaborate closely with the founder and product team
    • Share market insights to improve product and go-to-market strategy

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years in B2B sales of complex products (SaaS, ERP, CRM, or IT services)
    • Proven success selling to founders, executives, or operations leads in tech
    • Fluent English (B2+/C1); confident in business conversations and presentations
    • Experience managing a full sales cycle independently
    • Ability to build trust and navigate nuanced, strategic conversations with clients

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Background in selling ERP/CRM/PM tools (e.g. Odoo, Zoho, HubSpot, Bitrix24)
    • Experience working in an IT company or digital agency (as PM, account manager, etc.)
    • Familiarity with the internal operations of service-based tech businesses
