Сollaborator — Digital PR and Content Distribution Marketplace is a PR distribution marketplace that connects advertisers with website and telegram channel owners. As we continue to grow our presence in English-speaking markets, we’re looking for an Internet Marketer with a comprehensive skill set in digital marketing, content creation, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of online marketing channels alongside a proven track record in digital campaigns and internet marketing strategies.

Objectives of This Role

  • Expand Digital Market Presence: Significantly increase Сollaborator — Digital PR and Content Distribution Marketplace's online visibility and market share in key English-speaking markets (USA, Canada, UK, and Europe) through strategic digital marketing initiatives and multi-channel campaigns.

  • Drive Quality Lead Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to attract high-quality advertisers and increase targeted registrations through optimized conversion funnels and audience targeting.

  • Maximize Digital ROI: Implement data-driven marketing campaigns across all digital channels to increase transaction volume and improve overall return on advertising spend (ROAS) within target markets.

  • Enhance Brand Awareness Online: Build and strengthen Сollaborator — Digital PR and Content Distribution Marketplace's digital brand presence through strategic content marketing, SEO optimization, and targeted advertising campaigns that drive both direct and branded traffic.

  • Optimize Multi-Platform Performance: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Ads, and other digital platforms, tailoring strategies to each platform’s unique characteristics and audience behavior.

  • Drive Digital Event Success: Create and promote online marketing events, webinars, and digital experiences that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and establish thought leadership in the PR marketplace industry.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing and Outreach: Lead digital marketing initiatives across various online channels for advertising collaborations. Develop strategic approaches to identify and engage with target audiences, facilitating partnerships that align with our brand’s values and marketing goals. This includes managing campaigns, overseeing execution of marketing efforts, and ensuring all objectives are met.

  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of compelling digital content and collaborate closely with content creators to ensure materials align with our brand’s messaging and objectives. Manage the entire lifecycle of content campaigns, from initial concept to post-campaign analysis, maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency.

  • Performance Analytics and Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing performance using advanced analytics tools. Monitor key metrics including traffic, conversions, cost per acquisition, lifetime value, and ROI to continuously optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.

  • SEO and SEM Management: Implement comprehensive search engine optimization strategies and manage search engine marketing campaigns. Conduct keyword research, optimize landing pages, and develop link-building strategies to improve organic visibility and paid search performance.

  • Marketing Automation and CRM: Develop and manage marketing automation workflows, email marketing campaigns, and customer relationship management systems to nurture leads and improve customer retention rates.

  • Digital Event Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for online events, webinars, and virtual conferences. Manage event promotion across multiple channels and optimize registration and attendance rates.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and customer needs. Coordinate with design and development teams to optimize user experience and conversion paths.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the SEO market and link-building strategies

  • At least 3 years of experience in internet marketing with a focus on digital campaigns and online marketing

  • Expertise in analyzing marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), PowerBI, or similar analytics platforms

  • Demonstrated ability in managing digital content creation processes and working with online marketing channels

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage relationships with partners and team members effectively

  • Proficiency in planning and executing online events, webinars, and digital marketing programs

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced Analytics Expertise: Experience with advanced analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, and conversion rate optimization techniques. Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Technical Marketing Skills: Familiarity with HTML/CSS, Google Tag Manager, and basic web development concepts. Experience with marketing attribution models and customer journey mapping.

  • Design and Creative Coordination: Experience working with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and coordinating visual content creation. Ability to provide creative direction and manage design projects effectively.

  • Marketing Technology Stack: Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and integrated marketing technology solutions. Experience with API integrations and marketing data management.

  • Remote Work Excellence: Proven ability to work effectively in remote environments with strong self-management skills, discipline, and excellent communication abilities for virtual collaboration.

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and PR industry trends. Familiarity with marketplace business models and B2B marketing strategies.
