Senior Tech Lead, Architect

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Tech Lead / Architect to drive the technical vision and execution across complex backend and frontend systems. This is a key leadership role that combines architecture design, team mentorship, and hands-on coding in a dynamic remote environment.

You’ll lead by example, own architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Leadership & Management:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years as a technical leader, mentor, or similar position guiding development teams
• Strong task decomposition skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in improving code quality and conducting code reviews
• Estimation, pre-sale activities, client communication, consultation, and technical discussions
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (B2+).

Technical Expertise:

Backend Architecture:

• 5+ years of experience with PHP, Laravel or similar frameworks
• Practical experience in high-performance API development
• Experience in supporting and developing complex systems running in production
• Excellent knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns and Principles with practical application

Frontend Architecture:

• 5+ years of experience with TypeScript, Vue, Nuxt or similar frameworks
• Practical experience in building SPA applications

Cloud & DevOps:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP)
• MS Azure is highly preferred due to project-specific requirements
• Experience with running applications in containers (Docker, Kubernetes)

Database Expertise:

• Advanced SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL)
• Excellent MySQL knowledge and performance optimization
• Ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance
• Experience with DPT tools

Additional Technologies:

• Practical experience with ElasticSearch, Redis, and Message Brokers

Nice to have:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms: Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Commercetools
• Knowledge of PIM systems
