What We Expect:

• Proven experience with Web3/DeFi/DEX influencers & KOLs
• Own established influencer network (Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok)
• Strong negotiation & deal-closing skills (flat fee, CPA models)
• Ability to build KPI-driven strategies (TVL, DAO engagement)
• Analytics expertise (Dune, Nansen, Flipside or similar)
• Crafting briefs/messages and adapting creatives for crypto audiences
• Excellent internal team communication skills
• C1 English proficiency

Nice-to-Haves:

• Hands-on experience with blockchain/DeFi/DEX products
• Affiliate/partnership program management

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage agency’s influencer base while expanding your own network
• Negotiate and close deals with influencers/partners
• Develop media plans with clear KPIs
• Analyze campaigns using Web3 metrics (TVL, trading volume, registrations)
• Create scripts, messaging, and briefs for DeFi products
• Sync launch timelines with DEX releases
• Collaborate with project managers, analysts & technical teams
