Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting: from sourcing candidates to final hire
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs
• Use diverse sourcing channels, including networks and social media
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and fit
• Promote a positive employer brand in the market

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or FinTech
• Solid knowledge of modern talent acquisition methods and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
