Sales Manager (Legal, Fintech Services)

About Us Fintech Harbor Consulting is an international legal advisory firm focused on the FinTech sector. We help clients worldwide with company incorporation, licensing, banking, and ongoing legal support. With over 7 years in the industry and a strong marketing pipeline, we’re expanding our sales team.

Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a sales professional with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in FinTech, legal services, or B2B environments. If you’re results-driven, eager to grow, and thrive in a structured, professional setting, we want to hear from you. Please note: we are not currently hiring for entry-level roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries (calls, chats, emails)

• Lead introductory calls and online meetings with prospective clients

• Address objections, identify client needs, and offer tailored solutions

• Qualify leads (hot, warm, follow-up) and re-engage with previous prospects

• Work closely with our legal team to ensure smooth client onboarding

• Maintain accurate records using CRM, Gmail, Excel, and Word

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience (FinTech, legal, or B2B preferred)

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Confident with CRM systems, Gmail, Excel, and Word

• Motivated to grow in legal and FinTech B2B sales
