Job Title: Web Projects & Client Communications Manager Location: Remote Type: Full-Time / Contract Reports to: Director of Operations / Project Lead Overview: We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy individual to manage web development projects across WordPress, Shopify, and custom web applications. This role combines light platform admin work with strong project management and client communication skills. You’ll be the point person keeping everything on track—internally and externally. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management
• • Coordinate and oversee multiple web development projects (WordPress, Shopify, and custom apps)
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
  • Ensure tasks are assigned, followed up on, and completed on time
• Platform Admin Tasks
• • WordPress: Manage plugins, updates, basic content edits
  • Shopify: Product uploads, theme tweaks, basic store settings
  • Custom apps: Coordinate with developers for updates, test basic functionality, report issues
• Client Communications
• • Serve as the main communication bridge between clients and the dev/design team
  • Prepare and send regular project updates and progress reports
  • Gather and organize client feedback and requirements clearly for internal teams
  • Handle client questions, timelines, and scope adjustments with professionalism
• Quality Assurance
• • Perform light QA checks before handing work to clients
  • Flag and escalate issues promptly

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital/web projects
• Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify admin panels
• Basic understanding of web development workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
